BBC Big Night of Musicals viewers astonished as Call The Midwife star Helen George sings 'like an an
Big Night of Musicals viewers have been completely blown away after Helen George performed a song from Rodgers and Hammerstein's production The King and I.
The 38-year-old is famed for playing Nurse Trixie Franklin in Call The Midwife from 2012 but is currently starring in the stage show where she not only acts but also sings.
Appearing on Saturday night's BBC show Big Night of Musicals by the National Lottery, Helen performed the hit Shall We Dance alongside Darren Lee, and the audience at home was left shocked by how 'angelic' her voice is.

Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "My god Helen George has an incredible voice and she looks beautiful."
A second added: "I always forget that Helen George sings like an angel #BigNightOfMusicals", while a third chimed in with: "Wow @helen_george just wow. Blown away. What a voice Who knew! #BigNightOfMusicals."
